If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately via email shammy899@amirrdimage.com Our policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t process a claim.

Proof of purchase and visual proof of damaged item(s) is required when the email is sent regarding damaged items.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Refunds on damaged items(if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days from Amir'rd Image. The time in which your bank releases your funds is based on the bank's policy. Contact your bank for more information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When will my order ship?
All items are made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production.  Larger orders may take additional time to process. There is no shipping on Sundays, when the shipping providers are closed or holidays.

Tracking numbers will be on orders once it is shipped out. Tracking info is sent to the email address you provided. 

*MAIL ALERT* Amir'rd Image cannot guarantee a specific shipping time. Once the items has been scanned by the delivery service, all delivery claims are with the shipping company. On average, bags and other all-over items are are taking two weeks for delivery. If you have a question about delivery on a specific item, feel free to contact me prior to placing your order at shammy899@amirrdimage.com

What happens if my order has a tracking number with no movements.

Please understand that while this it is not in our hands and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery, we will definitely look into the issue for you. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes are usually handled between buyer and shipping company. When you shop with Amir'rd Image, you also get the support of this company when filing shipping disputes. Every single package is tracked by customer service.
